Thrush in pregnancy (23weeks)

I had thrush about two weeks ago and used the o eternal cream but didn't use all of it.
I still feel like I have thrush but not as bad isit safe to now use the pessary even though used treatment two weeks ago?

got to the midwife they will prescribe antibiotics

Thrush isn’t treated with antibiotics, as it’s not bacterial, but do speak to a doctor or midwife. I was told to take the pessary.

Definitely speak to your midwife. They will prescribe something that your body would need don't do over the counter as sometimes you may need something stronger or better etc

Definitely speak to GP or midwife there some medications are not allowed to use during pregnancy just to be safe

had it 3 times during pregnancy and they gave me antibiotics :)

I was prescribed with just the normal canesten but the pessary as I was told to not take the oral tablet.

I think it was anti fungal in tablet form 😂 as antibiotics is for bacterial infections. I could be wrong

SPPH (secondary postpartum haemorrhage) due to retained placenta -D&C?

Looking to see if anyone else has experienced this? Currently trying to pass retained tissue ( 4 weeks pp) and finding every day so exhausting just constantly waiting and checking my bleeding. I stopped bleeding on week 2.5/3 then bleeding picked up last Saturday and I haemorrhaged on Thursday morning with a rush to hospital. Everyday since I’m waking up scared I’ll be bleeding out. Worried to go toilet to check, I’m not convinced I’ll be passing it naturally and I’m worried I’ll need a D&C… has anyone had this? My retained tissue is 2cm so they said it’s small but I have no signs of passing it or blood changing colour to show slowing down.

39 weeks pregnant FTM

39 weeks baby hasn’t come yet and I am just full of anxiety. I am trying to relax. I am trying to chill, but I can’t chill. I do not want to be induced. I would love to have her natural. Issue is I am tight down there and petite and baby is measuring big like the head especially. I know that measurements can be off. But I have photos! And she is a chunk. This is so unpredictable. How do I just put my faith forward and trust in God and how do I let go of this anxiety? I am doing fine and then boom it hits me and I want to ball my eyes out. I am trying to treat myself and do little things but driving or doing anything is so hard now and I’m so huge and uncomfortable …I’m at my breaking point 😭

So ready for second trimester 🥲

I really really hate the first trimester. It’s exhausting, no appetite, not enough hours to get the amount of sleep I need, headaches, smell sensitivity, and overall just feeling like crap! And I don’t want to announce anything until 14 weeks since I’ve had losses before, and it’s getting really hard to hide it from my friends. Two more weeks to go….

Just needed to vent to others who understand!
