Is this a miscarriage? I’m still breastfeeding and got back on nexplanon and had unprotected sex a week after getting it put back in and started bleeding today (almost a month after getting it put in) and passed this clot (see photo). the clot was hard and stuck to my tampon and i am still spotting but not bleeding heavily anymore.
Almost positive that's just your uterine lining or decidual cast. Sometimes it comes out in a full piece. I know it can be pretty jarring to witness but typically not a sign of anything wrong. In rare cases it points loss so if you wish to get checked out, you absolutely can but 9/10 you're okay 🤗
