I don't think it's advised as they are deli meats. If they're cooked it's okay (pepperoni pizza)

Honestly if you want it go and enjoy it. Just think our parents never had all these rules when pregnant x
You’re not meant to as the meats can contain parasites which are only killed through cooking & freezing Toasting wouldn’t be classed as cooking as it wouldn’t get to a high enough temperature If you’re worried then I personally wouldn’t x

I think it's different when it's due to things that are known, like Haggis risks for example but the risk of deli meat is so small so it's all about what you feel comfortable with and what you want for you and your baby, just like the amount of caffeine you are comfortable with. Listen to your instincts
I've definitely had a couple! 😅 If you're worried, you could get it takeaway and heat it up for a bit longer / at a higher temperature at home?
@Charlotte I agree. I’ve also had two losses prior to this pregnancy - I still eat subways!
