Potty training - knickers or pull ups

My daughter is at the end of week two of potty training. She’s doing well with wees, we’ve had a couple of accidents when she’s particularly engrossed in something but otherwise she knows when she needs to go and asks for the potty. Poos on the other hand, she’s just not getting yet and I know this is totally normal and very common so we need to be patient. It’s still early days. My question is, should I move her back into nappies or keep her in knickers? Not loving dealing with pooey knickers daily and worried she’s just thinking of them like nappies. However, if it will be detrimental putting her back a step into nappies, then we will carry on with knickers. Grateful for any advice, experience or thoughts.

personally i'd suggest using pull ups so it's still the same as pulling knickers up and down but you can just chuck when she has an accident

We’re home most of the time but she seems to wait until I go to get washed and dressed to do a poo. Or yesterday I was at my parents’ house she did a poo in her knickers, but I admit I think that’s my fault as I got a bit distracted so forgot to remind her. Funnily enough she’s in dresses too at the moment because of the easy access but maybe I’ll try the bare bottom for a while to see if that helps! She’s been wearing pull ups for a while (sorry my fault for calling them nappies - I’ve changed it to pulls ups now so thanks for pointing that out) so I worry she can’t differentiate between them.
