There's a blender in Asda which is £18 my sister swears by, she also uses it to make smoothies/milkshakes too, I shall be getting one soon 😊 x

can you use any standard blender?

I just have a metal steamer that goes on top of a saucepan, so you boil the water in the pan underneath and the veg in the steamer on top gets cooked by the steam rising up. I've just got a standard cheap blender from Argos, any will do

I’ve the same steamer as Emma… i already had this as I steam our veg anyway. Blender wise I wouldn’t go for anything expensive. If your batch making get a bigger one. We have been given the tommee tippee baby one and if it wasn’t free I wouldn’t buy it as it’s too small.
