My 4 year old had a bug last weekend, luckily no one else in the house got it!š¤š»
But the last 2 days my 16 week old has been soooo off his milk & being sick so much!
Usually he has four 7oz bottles a day, today heās had 2oz, 2oz, 5oz & just had the whole 7oz before bed, put him into his bed and he didnāt fall asleep like he usually does for the night, so I picked him back up and all of a sudden just projectile vomited about 3 times all over me, all over himself, all over our bed and it was even coming out of his nose!!!
We got him cleaned up ect and heās now tucked up in bed asleep and hasnāt been sick again since!
Heās been his happy usual self and the only things that have been off about him is his milk intake has reduced and vomiting a lot more then usual.
Should I be concerned?
If he still isnāt right with his milk intake & vomiting tomorrow Iāll be booking him a GP appointment first thing Monday morning!
Iām now starting to worry if it is a milk allergy, can those just spring up at any time? At any age?
Sorry for the long post but just hoping there may be someone out there that has been through the same thing š¤š»š¤š»

Just as a third party perspective it sounds like the little one is working through some version of that stomach bug. I believe a milk allergy would cause much more fussiness, hardened poops etc. It seems more likely to me that the highly contagious bug somehow got to baby rather than an out of the blue milk allergy. JUST my perspective from reading your post. I do hope things clear up, sounds like they were able to efficiently get whatever they needed to out of their system!! Hopefully they will be back to normal in a few days

thanks lovely. Hasnāt been sick since last night but has woken up 2 hours early than usually just inconsolable!! Itās breaking my heart x
