Working Full Time, Time For Friends?

Step-mom to two daughters who take up a lot of my time. I didn't start the whole mom life thing when they were babies so I kind of missed the opportunity to connect with other mothers and grow with them. I also work full time which makes all of that difficult as well. I don't know how anyone does it. Would love to connect with other mothers, regardless of age or gender of children or if you are a step parent. That doesn't matter to me. How does anyone have the time, really?
