Episiotomy

I had to have an episiotomy with my first born due to having a ventouse delivery. Currently pregnant with number two!

If anyone had this with their first what was your 2nd labour like? Did you tear etc?

I had the same with my first (episiotomy and ventouse) and I had my 2nd 4 days ago! My waters went naturally with my first but had to be induced with my 2nd due to growth stopping.. personally my recovery this time is worse because I had 2nd degree tear and labial graze which all needed stitches! I think it’s because I was started though! Good luck with your pregnancy ❤️xx
