If baby spits up milk after feed are they too full?

My baby has recently started spitting up a bit of milk after a feed, not every time but frequently, its not sick just about a teaspoon of milk. I burp him and usually get 2-3 winds up. would you think feed a little less and see if still happens?

Spitting up is completely normal, I had the same query but my health visitor told me it’s normal and it’s not due to over feeding. She explained that it’s due to then having immature digestive system and is nothing to worry. If they bring up most or all of their bottle or projectile vomit that’s an indication of over feeding
