What could it be..??
So for 5 days my baby has had a cold, runny nose. Slight cough the usual, for 3 days now she has been having watery poos, she's drinking most of her bottles and still eating, still happy and normal in herself, maybe slightly more cranky but nothing to be concerned about. She's had no temperature, she has vomited a couple of times but just the smallest amounts. She's still drinking water, doctor doesn't seem concerned as she's still eating and drinking and hasn't spiked a temp, but today my partner has woke with really bad diarrhea and I've got a sore tummy and felt sick all day like I'm on the verge of vomiting, I'm thinking maybe a tummy bug of some sort but they both had a cold and now both got the poops but as I say Dr isn't concerned

It could be a bug. And the Dr won't be concerned as there is nothing he/she can do about it.
Your child is still eating & drinking, is happy and doesn't have temp.
So there is not much to be concerned about, and more a case of: ride it out and may the situation change for the worst than call the Dr again :)
I just put the doctor isn't concerned incase anyone told me to take her to the doctor, I'm not concerned as such either as she's still eating and drinking fine but I've never known diarrhoea like this without the sickness etc besides the diarrhoea she's absolutely fine and her normal self so it's throwing me off a little
