Bottle flow rate for 6 months old

My baby is almost 6 months and still using flow 2
Im starting to feel like he doesn’t finish his bottles coz he gets bored. Is it a legit reason to go up a flow?

Yes! Playing with the bottle, becoming bored, falling asleep and taking too long are all signs

Our guy uses a flow 3 and recently started a flow 4 by accident lol - my bad. He eats quicker and isn’t choking and it def helped with his being bored.
