First time mums

Advice needed plz

Really need advice my 2. Year old little girl has had a on and off temp for 5 days now usually when she wakes up the last couple days anyway but she’s fine in herself she running around playing, eating lots, drinking lots and having wet and dirty nappies 😊 just bit back story she caught a could and cough and she was fine no temps then last Thursday evening she started being sick so she got sickness bug but only through up the once and it now all good back to her normal self I guess just thinking should I be talking to her GP or give it one more day to see if it sorts itself out the temp I mean ? She also missed 2 sessions of her post group now and maybe another tommrow witch doesn’t matter my little girl who matters
