Rapid cool

Hi! I bought the rapid cool the other day and it never shows as red. I poured the boiling water straight in to the rapid cool and it was showing up as amber on the lid… am I doing something wrong?

I turned it upside down and everything, then it turned green but was still quite hot when I poured it out.

Am I missing something?

Hey! Mine has never gone red and only amber 😄 it does turn green quite quick sometimes and it feels hot when I pour it into the bottle but actually when I test the temperature it’s always fine! I’ve been using mine for about 4 months now and never had a problem so I think yours is working fine! X

I had the same issue! I done pretty much the same as the comment above! I didn’t go by the colour I just worked out how long it took to get to a good temp and checked a bit on my wrist every time!
