Snuffle babe on back and bottom of feet. Calpol plug in. Raise the top of their bed slightly so they're on an incline, less likely to become bunged up. Keep on top of calpol for fever or keep in light layers x

She refuses calpol ! And vomit if i force her .. i have tried everything :(

Depends how many months your lo is but from 3+ months you can use things like olbas oil in the bedroom to help them breathe better, Calpol do saline nasal drops they helped my lo when she had a cold.. along side snuffle baby vapour rub and actual calpol for the fever.. If your lo is too young for things like calpol and olbas oil you can buy a nasal aspirator which helps suck up snot, Once I managed to get my lo breathing with more ease she happily ate again

@Stessy take her out for a walk before bath and bed. The cool air will help cool her down from the inside, out. Nasal spray helps too, and a vapour bubble bath to clear congestion

When my little one had covid the only things that helped was running the shower on hot and sitting in there for the steam, he had to sleep sat up in his pram, nasal spray cleared up his blocked nose in a day (he did cry but it worked), vapour bubble baths twice a day, calpol plug in, snuffle babe on back and chest, olbas oil on a muslin tied to his cot and he would only take calpol in yoghurt.
Hang in there, it's so hard seeing them ill 🫶🏼
