Help!! 14 month old started sitting up during night
My 14 month old has started sitting up during the night and then taking ages to settle back down - any advice appreciated x

If they aren’t crying I’d probably leave them to go sleep when they’re ready. If you have a light projector could put that on until they fall asleep or lullabies. They definitely won’t go to sleep unless they want to 🤣 but just keep the environment calm and sleepy so they know it’s still bedtime and they need to sleep
