I'm 18 +3 weeks right now, and anytime I lay down for the night, everything starts itching. My legs, my arms, my stomach... Is this normal?

Have your OB do a blood test. Your bile could be blocked. Do you notice the itching more at night? I just did mine today because I randomly started itching a few days ago and freaked myself out. Luckily today was my 22 week appointment.

If the bottoms of your feet and bottoms of your hands start to itch like crazy, I’d definitely get ahold of your doc to run a test for cholestasis. It’s where to much of your bile ends up in your bloodstream and it can harm baby.
I had to get it done since I was itching on my feet and legs like crazy but luckily didn’t have it. On the other hand, itching is pretty normal and to be expected especially on your belly as baby is growing.
I’d just let your doc know so they are aware, and if you want to run the test to be sure that’s okay too.

I was so itchy towards the end of my first trimester and a couple of weeks into my second, especially at night and it was driving me insane. My hands and feet did not itch though, so I didn't need to do any tests. I mentioned it to my midwife and she said that it's normal because your skin is stretching and there are loads of hormones going crazy and it will stop eventually. I just made sure to moisturise before bedtime and pretty soon it stopped. Mention it to your midwife and see what she says,I know how much it can keep you up at night
