Council housing bidding!! I haven’t budded yet because there hasn’t been anything I like and also hardly anything comes up maybe 2-4 sometimes not even that.
How does it work? Am I doing it wrong?
Do I have to bid on anything and everything?

With my council theres never been more than like 10 properties on there at a time in the last year and even then some of them might be restricted because its for over 55’s or something. Right now i just bid on any and everything simply because i know im not gonna get it🤣but depending on what band you’re in and what number your bids are coming in at would decide whether you would prefer to only bid on properties you like or everything. I do know that with some councils if you dont bid on anything for a certain amount of time they can take you off so maybe try to bid on at least 1 property here and there depending on your circumstances
