Baby reins- where to start?

My baby is 13 months and starting to toddle. I want some reins so when he’s a bit more confident he can get used to walking while we’re out and about. Which would people say are best from experience? Approx what age did you start using them? Thank you!

I bought a set from tesco and asda both with the backpack as they is handy to put a nappy and wetwipes in when you don't have a pram lol my LG has been using since she was around 1
