Anyone else find this 👉🙂 emoji off-putting?

Just wondering! I know it's literally the FIRST original emoji... BUT I find it SO WEIRD when people just use that because I'm all like, "WTF is that supposed to mean???" IDK, maybe I'm just weird (RIP Mr. Smiley 🪦)
