Nothing at all. All I’ve have downstairs is a nappy caddy and a foldable changing mat and probs baby’s moses basket/crib too.

I’m planning on changing upstairs on a changing table but do have a 3 tier trolly that will have changing supplies and a travel changing mat just in case

I was thinking just a caddy and a travel changing mat ☺️

Caddy and changing mat, we have a large footstool that I plan on putting changing mat on when using x

We made a changing area downstairs for our first and it was the best thing we did, so will be using again for this baby for sure: Would definitely recommend having 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs (and a nappy bin in both places too).

I'll have a mat downstairs and one upstairs to make it easier. I won't be using changing tables.

Caddy and a changing mat for downstairs

For our first, we just had a changing mat we kept downstairs and used on the floor and a caddy that we carried down every morning so we had everything needed for the day.

Caddy and changing mat for downstairs and changing table upstairs
Plus we’ve made some storage in our old airing cupboard for stocking reusable nappies, breast feeding bits, Muslin cloths etc

Same as most have said, with my previous two it was always really useful and very much welcome to have stuff downstairs as well for changing. For this one I have a basic changing mat that I can just stash behind the sofa and a small caddy to hold the essentials. Then a changing unit and wheeled trolley upstairs :)
