How are y'all doing with the phantom kicks?

Are you coping? Not coping? My 4 yr old the other day randomly says, "mommy, you have a baby in your tummy." I'm like "HAHAHAH no sir." He says, "yes, I can hear him talking to me." 🥲 That interaction has made the phantom kicks even more anxiety inducing! Maybe I should stock the house with some test just in case lol.

It's driving my crazy there's at times where I would be sitting in bed and I feel a "kick" and I'm like am I pregnant I hope not even tho I'm on birth control and it's even worse when I feel my organs move q little thinking that a baby is moving around my body almost made me think I was pregnant to the point where I had to go get my home Doppler 🤦 and when I hear nothing a sigh of relief comes

the first time I really went through the postpartum phase, the phantom kicks were so bad I had to get an ultrasound to convince myself I wasn't pregnant 😅 The tech showed me how my ovary was releasing an egg though! She said sometimes your first ovulation cycle after pregnancy can be strong enough to give you crazy convincing pregnancy symptoms.
