Stomach ache at night

My little boy always seems to have colic at night and if he doesn’t go for a poo before bed he has a stomach ache all night. I haven’t used infacol or gripe water yet, has anyone got any experience with the same thing? How did you help your babies? 😙

Infacol saved us.

Colief and probiotics!
Colief will help the symptoms of colic, probiotics with help build up good bacteria in the gut to help alleviate colic

If you try infacol, gripe water, coelif just try one at a time. I tried all three (one at a time) and all of them made my boys colic worse! Infacol and gripe water didn’t help at all and just gave him worse reflux. Coelif made him have awful stomach ache to the point he was screaming with pain and having loose poos, they were literally as if he weed in his nappy. Of course not every baby reacts like this. I find that bicycle kicks, tummy massage and lots of tummy time help with poos. Not just when you notice he needs a poo but throughout the day. We do bicycle kicks and massage every nappy change just to help him. Hope you get sorted! :)

Thankyou girls, I used infacol with my first but he was formula fed. I’ll try that first and go from there! 🥰 hopefully it will help him sleep a bit better xx
