Milia, baby acne..?

Hi moms,

I just noticed this on my baby’s arm and also on the neck area below his ear. Initially I thought maybe a milk rash but on his arm… idk. Any thoughts? I just reached out to his pediatrician and he has his 2 month check-up next week.

My baby girl has that but on her thigh and red but we are really pale so. I thought acne.

The pediatricians usually say its baby acne like for my daughter. But if you want a quick resolution you could try Tubby Todd all over ointment , it worked super quick on my babygirl.
