Swelling at 29 weeks

Hi ladies. I hit 29 weeks on Saturday and my feet/ankles had swollen up quite badly. I had a Midwife appt Monday and confirmed not pre-eclampsia. Just wondering if anyone else has had swelling and if so any remedies other than elevation? Thank you x

I had very bad swelling with my first pregnancy .. I couldn’t walk much. I also had kidney infection at the start of my pregnancy which I nearly died from and throughout whole pregnancy I had next level amount of repeated UTI’s (never had them before or even after this pregnancy in my life)
I believe my swelling was related to my kidneys not functioning properly tbh.
Not really sure what to suggest but keep hydrated (water with electrolytes, don’t gulp it but small sips throughout the day)

Just started now at 29-30 weeks. Especially when I’ve walked around for a bit. I noticed my fingers have started to swell slightly by night time as my rings are loose in the morning then tight later on x

Compression socks , plenty of water and u can get some peppermint lotions to rub in. Compression socks help the most for me x

There are some great exercises to do either a tennis ball either your feet that can help aliviate a lot the swelling. I’ve checked some in YouTube. Compression socks for sure as well
