Safe going to the cinemas at 26 weeks?
Hello, my husband booked tickets to watch Dune (IMAX) this weekend for the both of us. It was supposed to be a surprise but he had to tell me today as he read somewhere that it's not safe for the baby. Most of the articles mention that it's okay in first trimester but not later. This is my first pregnancy and I'm 26+4 weeks currently..
Does anybody have experience with this? Do you suggest I skip it? Thank you!

I have never heard about cinema being harmful for pregnancies...
Isn’t the imax where the seats move it could be safe but in my opinion why risk it ? I think part of it is their insurance !
@Olivia As @Charlotte mentioned, 4DX feels like a roller coaster sometimes, and they also have restrictions & warnings for pregnant women. So I definitely wouldn't go for 4DX. IMAX is just better picture quality and this show is in 2D.
My concern is loud noise/vibration, I'll probably leave if I don't feel comfortable.. 😅
