Hi guys I need some advice because I wanna know so I know how to take care of my daughters hair ,
I need help into figuring if her hair is curly or not
I know in the picture is shows curly hair but at the top she has dead straight hair so I'm so confused
I don't know if it's a case that the more her hair grows those curls are just gonna drop I don't want to sound stupid but I just want to make sure I'm taking care of her hair properly and let's be real having curly hair takes more maintenance than straight hair so I just want to be prepared
( her dad has wavy curly hair but my hair is straighter than a line ๐๐๐ and from the looks of it she got everything from me
From skin tone to eye colour to facial expressions ๐๐๐)
Please let me know and please I know it might sound stupid because of the picture people might be like have you seen the picture but also my cousin when she was younger had my daughters exact hair and now it's dead straight so I don't know because it just happens or it wasn't taken care properly โค๏ธโค๏ธ

I'd say just baby curls because it's growing straight at the root.
My girls is the same, once I cut it I don't think the curls will come back

Itโs so gorgeous. I use products from the cantu kids range for curls. Youโd want them defined and nourished. Maybe give it a go and see what you think. I agree with some comments itโs curly but growing straight now x

Hopefully stays curly cos mine sure didnโt, itโs just as straight as yours cuz ๐ her hair is so beautiful ๐

Hard to tell. My girl had dead straight hair as a baby now she has the curliest hair. I was the opposite with curly hair and now itโs pin straight.

I had this as a kid and after my first hair cut my hair was straight

My hair was exactly like that as a baby and now I have wavy hair. Her hair isnโt curly because the roots are straight.

From the looks of this your baby girl has bribablu type 3A curly hair. Here is a website where you can check for yourself the type of curly hair she has. You can also check how putouts her hair is so you can understand what products may help from shampoo to hairbrushes. Having a silk pillowcase really works.

Thank you so much girls this helped so much โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ

oh yes I remember, the one I remember the most in our family was our little cousin Kiara her hair was like Luna and it's dead straight ๐๐๐ let's hope it stays curly because I love her little curls
But thank you cuz ๐ xx

thank you for this , I agree her type seems to be 3A I used a curl spray today because when she wakes up her hair is just so frizzy and all over the place but as soon as I put that spray her hair went curly I guess I have to wait and find out ๐โค๏ธ

It looks like mine from when I was little so it could be curly. I did have a few years (from like 5-8) where my hair was not like curly curly but that's when curly hair routines will help keep hair from being frizzy while not being in ringlets. Different hormonal changes can change hair texture as children grow.

oooh what spray did you use ?
