Hi guys.
My hubby and I have a 3.5 year old boy. I was obese during pregnancy with him, but had zero complications during my pregnancy. However...... I've gained about 30lbs since I had my son.
My hubby and I have been going back and forth about having another one (especially since a miscarriage 2 years ago, at 5 weeks).
I'm 37 soon, so the window is closing. The other night, I knew I was at the end of my furtile window, went ahead with sex with no protection. And boom, now I'm 5+1 pregnant.
I'm stressed now. I don't know if things will be OK for me, or for the baby. I want to lose weight, as much as is safe, during this first trimester.
I don't really know what I'm asking for/ about from you all. Just advice, suggestions, what you experienced.... thank you so much

Hey! I technically am considered obese...I'm currently 29+4 with no complications! I was told not to lose any weight and just maintain it by going on walks and such. Hope this helps a tad?💕

I think it’s best to not try to lose weight while pregnant, I agree with the walks to maintain it. I am 15 weeks. Im thinking of doing yoga and light exercises, not to lose weight but to stay active. With my first child I went from 140 lbs to 210 lbs by the end of my pregnancy. I wasn’t trying to stay active at all
