Rash/not rash

Can anyone tell me what is causing this (see photo)? My little girl always seems to have it on her both sides of her neck, I assume it's nothing to worry about as she's not presenting differently. Just wondered what it was.

My little girl has had this too but a bit worse than this, not sure what it is but assumed from dribble/milk getting there. I’ve used some sudocrem that has cleared it up nicely and now using expert midwife dribble defence too x
