Immune system for 21 month old

child to daycare. He's been getting sick so often. What do you do to better their immune system? On an everyday basis. Vitamin drops etc what brand please share.

How long has he been attending? Our pediatrician said that it's very common for them to get sick 10-12 times in the first year 🥴 now that we've been at daycare for 1 year, I can attest to that! He was sick A LOT (mostly mild colds and ear infections) in the first 6 months, then it started to spread out. Now, the last time he had a fever was a month ago. It only lasted a day and was around 101.

I haven't found any good vitamins yet. I relied mostly on breast milk for immunity and antibody help last year (I was sick right along with him).

Now, we give vitamin c rich foods when we can. Luckily we have an orange and mandarin tree in our yard, which little guy loves to peel and eat.
