Baby’s cough

Hey! So my baby has had a little cold and cough now for about a week and today it seems extra bad because she’s making this crackly noise not sure if it’s coming from her nose or not. I’m going to ring the doctors when they open but incase I can’t get in do I need to ring 111 or is this normal? Any advice would be appreciated! It may just sound worse because she’s just woke up I’m not sure..

Have you tried saline drops? My LO had bad cold when he was around two months and it lasted about two weeks and a bit more. He also made such a sound. What worked for us was using saline drops and pumping out mucus. But yeah call the doctor when the opes
