Switching formulas

My LO has barely been burping when I feed her, and spits up almost every time she eats, coughs after she spits up, and sometimes during feedings. She was on the Similac 360, then we were given a can of the Similac Advance from her pediatrician and didn't notice the two cans were different because they are the same color and started feeding her from that can, switching her instantly on accident. I didn't want to mess with her system any further, so she's been on the Advance the past few days. The gas sometimes comes out the other end, but the spitting up and coughing and not really burping seems concerning to me.
She's on the Similac Advance, and I want to switch to the gentle. What's the best way to switch formulas? Does it sound like she needs to be switched to sensitive?
She never seems uncomfortable, but I hate seeing how she reacts to feedings

It's ok if she spits up a bit, but if she spits up a lot, it might be worth talking to her pediatrician about this before changing the formula again.
This happened to my daughter once (she was spitting up a lot and projectile vomiting). And we were told to take breaks often during her feed and burp her every 90 ml. Hope this helps xx
