Going back to work
Sorry to babble but I need some advise…
So I’ve been keeping in contact with work and popping in a few times. I work in a male dominated office other than 2 other females.
After speaking with the only person I trust in the team, the atmosphere has changed. It’s not the same as when I left to go on Mat leave. It’s more about targets, weekly meetings. I honestly don’t even know how I’d fit in as there isn’t even a spare desk for me!
I got told that if I don’t return I have to pay back the extra pay they topped my SMP up with. Also if I did return and leave within a year I’d have to do the same.
Do I try and apply for somewhere else or should I just SAHM?

That's really your decision. I went back after my mat leave, but I only had to go back for 13 weeks (to not repay anything).
Being a SAHM is no easy option either so you need to carefully consider your options. Are you financially able to stay at home?
I don't think it's for anyone else to advise in individual situations. Hope you do what makes you happy. X
