Black and White Sensory Time

Hey everyone

I have a LB who is nearly 9 weeks old and I’m struggling to get him into any play time really. He is great playing with me or my husband and family but put him on his play mat or black and white books and he falls asleep 😂😅 he is hitting his milestones one way or another but how was it when we were growing up this never happened and I know I turned out alright not having tummy time etc as it wasn’t a thing? Now if we don’t do it we get judged by other mums?

Surely this must be what other mums think too?
