I personally would avoid any chemicals, you can dye them but wouldn't bleach

As long as you patch test to make sure your ok with it x

You can, as advised above do a patch test first. I got my hair lightened at the hairdressers when I was pregnant and it was fine as the dye shouldn’t actually touch the scalp x
