Eczema cream for hands
LB's eczema has flared up on his hands and it keeps getting irritated by food and me wiping his hands after meals.
We have eczema creams but I'm reluctant to use them on his hands since they're nearly constantly in his mouth!
What do you do about this?
(Breastmilk isn't an option).

Ours was the same. We started putting petroleum jelly on his face for in the highchair and I rinse his hands with the kitchen tap after. We have the aldi extra sensitive wipes as a just incase. It's definitely improved

great idea for his face! We just use water wipes but I did wonder if a muslin with warm water might be gentler but for some reason didn't think of just washing his hands! Seems so obvious now 🤣
I do the same as as it was happening with my LB too. Take him to the sink and wash them with water or I fill up a little bowl and do them at his chair although that usually ends up everywhere as you can imagine 😂
