Prevacid Dr -baby reflux
Anybody have any experience giving prevacid Dr to a baby? His dose is 7.5 ng so I cut the 15 mg in half. I put it in a syringe and added a bit of water to dissolve it but realized it doesn't fully dissolve. It's like tiny particles. When I gave it to him, some still stayed in the syringe and kinda got stuck there. Is there a better way to do this?

Can you ask your local pharmacy to make this for you if you get a prescription?
My little one used to be on liquid omeprazole for his acid reflux & a pharmacy made it
Unfortunately this is how the doctor prescribed it. It's not a compound but just the regular dr tabs that dissolve. 😓
He did get most of it... I just hate to see little bits of it left in the syringe. Wondering if putting it in a spoon would be better?
