That to me doesn’t look like a mucus plug. If it were an infection you’d know. Are you in pain? Itchy? Does it have a smell? Etc things like that. Of course I’m not a doctor and can’t diagnose anything but if you’re really concerned you can always call the OB line and ask questions or make an appointment but this looks like normal pregnancy discharge to me personally.

I’d call your ob and mention it just to be sure. I’m 24 weeks pregnant and never had discharge like that. Looks like maybe part of the mucus plug without the bloody show which is good. Mucus plug can grow back. If there was blood in it I’d definitely get checked as could be a sign of early labor. However not too worried about the above photo! But always call just to make sure they don’t want to see you

i use another app called Flo and it said increased discharge around this time is normal! i would check with your doctor just in case but just know that more discharge means our bodies are keeping everything clean/safe from infections!

So my mucus plug looked similar to that! And my drs kept telling me that’s not my mucus plug cus it dosnt have blood anyway 1 week after that they found that I was 3 cm dilated and needed a cerclage to save my baby. Any discharge that looks different than your normal pregnancy discharge you should go in to be checked.
