My little girls has two throat infections twice and I was thinking the same 😩😩 x

Besides breastfeeding, I give my boy those immunity support yoghurt pouches with live cultures. There’s also probiotics drops for babies but I have never tried those x

Deffo probiotics! I have got optibac, 2 times we have ran out has been the 2 times he picked up a virus! X

how often do u give it? And has a Dr Recommended it for u?

interesting.. what is the name of the brand?

Thank u xxx

We’ve managed to avoid colds and things so far, I personally don’t give anything we’ve just been lucky I think x

We use optibac... more to help him poop regularly and as an alternative for omeprozole to help his reflux. We did our research on this as there is a lot of research into the negatives of omperozole and its long-term use. It is also regularly prescribed to help reflux the reality is that it just neutralises the stomach acid and makes baby more comfortable when being sick. We have consulted our peadiatrician on this and our doctor and both are happy with our decision. Its helped so far and actually he is less poorly on it... still get the odd snuffle but nothing major. We will keep him on it when he starts nursery next month as I'm expecting every bug under the sun! X

every day. Just drops in his bottle. It’s just good gut bacteria so Drs recommend everyone take probiotics :)
