If I got my reasonable accommodation approved to transfer rental units, can landlord charge a higher price for the new unit even though it’s the same property, same floor (different building) and same number of bedrooms and bathrooms?

Idk what the law says but people do this all the time. If something is newer. Or newly renovated.
Is the layout identical with no updates? If so, sketchy but probably not illegal sadly.
