Same, and I just do it! Try to get out with baby and exercise. I need to do that more. I wouldn't even look at the scale straight now!

@Alex I look at them and I discust myself lol πŸ˜† like wtf I really didn't think I eat that much but clearly the scales tell me otherr. But like I have a toddler who's nearly 2.5 years and it's beyond stressful especially doing it all alone with no help so I go to food but ye so crap like

It's hard and you should definitely allow yourself to eat what you want. I plan on balancing it out with getting out and moving more. It's hard with a small baby. Does toddler like going for a walk in his pushchair? I want to go out for walks in the sling and pram.

@Alex well I did i was like fuck it orderd take away eating cakes you name it I'd eat but I was getting bigger and felt shit with myself I didn't look nice in clothes I mean I still don't as I'm still chubby but on my diet now lol or trying..I walk quite alot tbh and I'm never still in the house.. i have a daughter yea she's full of energy to much tbh lol but like she will either sit in the pram and enjoy it or wil flip out.. I mean she's on the pathway for autism and adhd which obviously isn't great as it makes both our lives harder but everyday life and night is so so hard x

I was eating massive bread and butter or rice puddings as snacks to get by! I'm ADHD and autistic and I think I will find it easy to know what my child will need as I know what I didn't get! Try and match what you do around her. Maybe you'll recognise things about yourself in her? I don't have a toddler yet so I'll have to cross that bridge then! There are some great FB groups to help understand your ND child and support you. It can definitely be embraced. The outside world is what makes our lives hard. Are you UK or US? I'm frustrated as I was doing a lot more when pregnant but now I'm chained to the baby!
