Headache in TWW

I am 7 dpo today and having headaches since 5dpo. Last night had hot flashes and dizziness which continued this morning too. Also a 0.11 dip in BBT. Today, the headache is throbbing and painful - feels like tension headache and thinking of taking Tylenol. Are headaches common in TWW? and do you girls take medicine for it? Help
