Newborn cold ?

if you don’t have a humidifier try sitting in the bathroom with to steam for a bit & try seeing if you can clean his nose after

My 1 month old just got over his congestion. I clean his nose all throughout the day. I used a regular baby nose suction tool. I also used a nose picker to get the boogers and snot that was visible but wouldn’t come out. At night I used a cooling humidifier. And I sat in the bathroom 3 times throughout the day while running all hot water in the shower so that the steam could break down the mucous. It was the only time he slept for an extended period of time. I also used the Frida mom nose suction. It really did the job of getting all the snot out that he couldn’t blow out. His congestion was cleared within one day. Oh and I used Frida mom baby saline spray before and after each nose cleaning.
