Yesssss!!!! If you suspect your baby is being hurt while you can’t have eyes on her I would!! It hurts my heart that someone would do that 😞😞

Maybe try to ask and see what happened just to see if she can somewhat answer. Sure it could definitely be abuse. But it also might just be toddler things. They fall and play and get cut up all the time so he might just let her do more than you that cause these problems who knows. Ask her first and see and maybe even ask him how she keeps getting this. The hair and yeast infection could just be that he doesn’t know how to properly do something but the cuts and bruises could be something else.

I would call and get a medical opinion especially since there was a past of bruises then you have it on file for your lawyer that it happened before she was in your custody. Even if they are accidental from her falling or him not knowing how to properly do things it’s still neglecting her safety and hygiene while she is with him. It’s not that hard to look a YouTube on how to brush her hair if she slept hard and it got matted for example. Either way it’s neglect
