Steam and hot drinks, some vapor rub on my nose. Mine wasn't really that bad tho.

I had this issues for a long time. I’m 22 weeks tomorrow and still have it as worse as it’s ever been smh. I was so desperate I got some saline nasal mist. It’s kinda of been helpful. If you try it, look at some TikToks to see how to use it properly. Before this, I was using tiger balm as vapor rub (it’s stronger IMO). I also just bought the shower steam tabs to try

Girl! I’m 24 weeks and went to the ENT doctor today because I can not deal! Zyrtec and a neti pot were my prescription 😭

ooh thank you for sharing this. I didn’t know allergy meds were safe in pregnancy but just looked up Zyrtec and completely safe. 🙏🏾

you are a gem. I’m going to ask for that. Literally been living in desperation. It’s 340am and I’m still up. Lying down propped up because I honestly can’t breathe lol - I found the OTC version of the nasal spray is nasacort. Gonna get that or the generic brand

Is Flonase safe ?

my ENT told me it was safe! It’s helped when I don’t take the Zyrtec.
