More active sleep than ever
My little boy seems almost constantly on active sleep from about 3am. He’s not awake properly so we don’t want to disturb him, but he also doesn’t settle from this active sleep unless we intervene. Is this normal? It’s like he’s wittery and irritable but asleep?

Sleep regression!
Same here, definitely sleep regression so riding it out
My little one is the same.
When he sleeps it’s like he doesn’t go into the deepest sleep so every hour or sometimes more he will literally cry in his sleep but doesn’t settle unless we put dummy in/touch him but he isn’t actually like fully awake either.
Been happening for a week or so.
Does this sound like what you guys are experiencing too? Xx
yeah exactly that, they go through a 3-4 month sleep regression

Thank you so much guys! I knew about the regression but wasn’t really sure what to expect and what the signs were. I expected him to wake up a lot which he doesn’t seem to do, but is much more disturbed. This has made me feel better☺️💕
