My baby is 7 weeks and 4 days he is weighing 4 kg and his birth weight was 2.9 kg is this a concern as he is very fussy with milk he can stay hours without drinking

I wouldn’t worry too much. Babies lose a lot of birth weight after they are born n tend to put it back on again after. My baby was born weighing 2.94kg and shes now weighing 9.25kg at 14 months old
