Sore breasts
Hi this might be a very stupid question but I’m 4.5mths into EBF my little girl and the last 2days I’ve been getting very sharp pains shooting through my boobs. Is this normal??

Might be vasospasms like said.
I had a ton of those, what helped was a warm cloth/nursing pad that I kept handy, and before starting to nurse/pump I’d warm up my nips, and as soon as I was done I’d cover myself up or use the warm nursing pads over my nips. The cold air hitting the wet nips brought out the spasms 🫨😵💫
it happens more when I’m not feeding or just after I feed
Yes it was always after for me too. But I did find that it reduced the further postpartum I got..
