The worry is that you will overheat. You can go in them, just make sure you get out and cool off regularly! I go in for 5-10mins and then sit on the side with just my feet in to cool off ❤️

I’ve used one in my pregnancy during a hen do, it was 37 degrees and I found I had to get out after 15 minutes so as long as you don’t spend too long in there/overheat you’ll be fine x
