My daugher and i have the dreaded sickness bug 🫠 weve taught her sign language and she keeps signing ‘eat’ then whenever i give her anything she is point blank refusing and signing all done!
This morning she had toast with just butter, which she ate!
Dry crackers, a mushed up bananna but refused
i’ve just made plain pasta in a little stock.
any other suggestions on what to give?
She isnt sick throughout the day!
Just seems to be 1 time when shes in bed 🤦🏼♀️
All help appreciated!

Our go to poorly foods are crackerbreads with butter, rich tea biscuits, homemade chicken soup with rice or noodles. Usually when they're poorly it seems like little and often can be easier to stomach than the usual 'meal times'. Hope she feels better soon ❤️
