Retinol breastfeeding and contact naps
Hi, does anybody use retional as skincare while breastfeeding? Is it completely safe?
I do lots of contact naps with my newborn and I co-sleep. Is it unsafe if I sleep with retinol on my face and him next to me?

I was told by my dermatologist to stop using it while pregnant and breastfeeding.
I’ve stopped using it in pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding. I defo miss it!!

I have never used it. Online it mentions it is unsafe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding. I would call the out of hours for advice or call your GP first thing in the morning.
